OPINION

HATHAWAY, Judge.

In this case arising from a breach of contract action, Elizabeth Osterkamp appeals from a default judgment in favor of General Electric Capital Corporation. We affirm.

PACTS AND PROCEDURAL HISTORY

On December 27, 1988, General Electric Capital Corporation (GE) filed a complaint in Pima County Superior Court against Tucson Hotel Properties Limited Partnership for breach of an equipment lease agreement involving televisions and related equipment (the Pima County case).
