Rex Systems, Inc. (“RSI”) appeals from a decision of the Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals (“Board”) granting summary judgment for the government and denying RSI’s appeal from a Contracting Officer’s denial of its claim for interest on amounts paid under a termination for convenience settlement.
