The Cessna Aircraft Company (“Cessna”) appeals from March 12, 1993 decision of Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals (“Board”) on cross-motions for partial summary judgment in Cessna Aircraft Co., ASBCA No. 43196, 93-3 BCA ¶ 25,912, 1993 WL 89795 (Mar. 12, 1993) (Cessna I). Cessna also appeals from Board’s September 21, 1995 decision following a hearing in same case, 96-1 BCA ¶ 27,966, 1995 WL 575173 (Sept. 21, 1995) (Cessna II).
