Petitioners appeal the denial by the circuit court of their amended petition for writ of review relating to approval of the minor partition (ORS 92.010(4)) of 110 acres of land located in Clackamas County. Respondents are the Board of Commissioners for Clackamas County (Board). Intervenors are the proponents of the partitioning.
