CUMMINGS, Circuit Judge.
Plaintiff’s amended complaint was brought under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq.) on behalf of herself and all similarly situated female employees of defendant savings and loan association. The gravamen of the complaint was that defendant imposed a dress code on its female office employees without imposing a comparable dress code on its male office employees.
