The defendant appeals from the judgment of the trial court rendered in favor of the plaintiff after a hearing in damages on the plaintiffs claims of breach of contract, negligence and unfair trade practices. The hearing in damages was conducted after a default was entered against the defendant for failure to comply with a court order relative to the plaintiffs discovery requests.
