This is a products liability case seeking recovery for injuries allegedly caused by a defective golf car.
Mercedez Lynn and her parents, Robert and Melissa Lynn (collectively, the “Plaintiffs” or the “Lynns”), bring this civil action against Yamaha Golf-Car Company, Yamaha Motor Manufacturing Corporation, Yamaha Motor Manufacturing Corporation of America, and Yamaha Motor Manufacturing Corporation, U.S.A.
