I. Introduction
David I. Cohen and Elaine Cohen1 (“Appellants”) appeal from a Final Order of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania finding them liable to Appellee Jeffrey J. Siki-rica (“the Trustee”) in the amount of $488,615.79.2 The Bankruptcy Court held that Mr. Cohen fraudulently transferred the funds by depositing the funds into Appellants’ marital account at PNC Bank (the “Entireties Account”).3 After careful consideration of Appellants’ Brief (Doc.
