MEMORANDUM OPINION

I. INTRODUCTION

This is a products liability case involving an allegedly defective Winchester Model 94 firearm (“the Model 94”). Plaintiffs Wayne Trask, Beth Trask, and AT. (a minor) filed this suit against Defendant Olin Corporation (“Olin”) in the Court of Common Pleas of Indiana County, Pennsylvania on November 21, 2011. (Compl., Docket No. 1-2).
