The defendants Southern Pacific Railroad Company and Southern Pacific Company, hereinafter refer red to as the Southern Pacific, appeal from certain portions of the judgment quieting plaintiff’s title to a small parcel of land 53 feet wide by 285 feet long adjoining the Southern Pacific Oakville station premises. The defendants, other than the appellants herein, did not contest the action, The only issue is the title to said parcel.
