Plaintiff William D. Jackson (“Plaintiff’) commenced this action alleging a claim for breach of contract and a variety of warranty claims arising from his ownership of a motor home. The case was brought in the State Court of the State of New York, County of Suffolk and was thereafter removed here. Named as Defendants are Eddy’s LI RV Center, Inc.
