Plaintiffs Karen Marshall (“Marshall”), Darrell R. White (“White”), and Paul Flan-nery (“Flannery” and, collectively, “Plaintiffs”) bring this Action against Defendant Hyundai Motor America (“HMA” or “Defendant”) on behalf of themselves and a *456putative class of similarly-situated owners of Hyundai Sonata vehicles, model years 2006-2010. Defendant filed a Motion To Dismiss, which, for the reasons stated herein, is granted in part and denied in part.
