Plaintiff in this action sought an adjudication under the declaratory judgment act declaring that there was no insurance coverage under a truck liability insurance policy issued by plaintiff to defendant Backstrom with reference to a certain collision between two trucks. A trial to the court resulted in a declaratory judgment in favor of defendants that there was coverage under the policy. Plaintiff appeals.
