This is an appeal from the judgment, in "favor of respondents for declaratory relief in an action with respect to the construction of the decree of distribution of the estate of Edward A. Bushell, deceased, made and entered on June 18, 1937, by the Superior Court of the County of Alameda, State of California, in which said judgment it was declared: 1. That the plaintiffs and each of them take nothing by this action; 2. That the defendant Maude Dobinson Emsley is the owner of the undivided one-sixth (1/6) interest in and to the net income and profit of the residuary trust…
