( This was a suit for an accounting, commenced by Mose W. La Fayette, the plaintiff in error, plaintiff below, against the defendant in error, defendant below. Hereafter the parties will be designated “plaintiff” and “defendant” as they appeared in the trial court. Upon trial the parties, who are brothers, and had been associated in the general mercantile business as partners for a great many years, presented evidence for the purpose of establishing their mutual claims against each other, and the trial court, after hearing the same and making findings of fact and conclusions of law therefrom,…
