EARL B. STOVER, Justice.

A jury found appellant Curtis Wayne Shavers, Jr., guilty of the murder of Nicole Brown and assessed his punishment at eighty years confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice — Institutional Division.

On appeal, Shavers raises six points of error. In point of error one, he contends the trial court committed error by allowing the jury to consider evidence illegally seized in a warrantless search of his home.
