OPINION ON REMAND
BILL VANCE, Justice.
Appellant Reginald Hooper raises three issues challenging his conviction as a party to the aggravated assault of a public servant and his thirty-year sentence with a deadly-weapon finding. On original submission, a majority found that the evidence was legally insufficient, reversed the conviction, and rendered a judgment of acquittal. Hooper v. State, 170 S.W.3d 736 (Tex.App.-Waco 2005, pet. granted).
