I. INTRODUCTION

The pro se plaintiff, Wanda Busby, has asserted a variety of statutory and common law claims against the defendants, Capital One, N.A. (“Capital One”) and attorney David Prensky (“Prensky”), in connection with a promissory note and deed of trust executed by the plaintiff in 1996.
