This is an appeal from a judgment in an action in declaratory relief brought by the plain tiffs, appellants herein, to determine their rights under an amended written lease.

On January 11,1950, respondent Industrial Property Holding Company, as lessor, and Jack J. Lane, appellants’ predecessor in interest, entered into a written lease of certain real property in the county of Los Angeles.
