(TIE), sought such a remedy incident to its action against Integrated Power Technology, Inc. (IPT), Robert J. Kopp, IPT’s president and sole shareholder (Kopp), and Kopp’s wife, Elizabeth Kopp, the owner of the Kopps’ family home.
