The issues of this appeal by the plaintiff are whether the trial court improperly (1) set aside a jury verdict awarding the plaintiff damages for breach of contract and rendered judgment notwithstanding the verdict, (2) refused to award prejudgment interest on the jury’s award of damages, and (3) excluded the plaintiffs evidence on lost profits.
