TITLE, J. *

Plaintiff Employers Casualty Company appeals from a judgment in which the trial court found that its policy of insurance issued to defendant Remic Industries, Inc., afforded coverage to Remic in connection with a vehicular accident involving a tractor which belonged to Remic at the time said policy was issued. Employers initiated the action with a complaint for declaratory relief, and defendant and cross-complainant Northwestern National Insurance Group, which had also issued a policy of insurance to Remic, thereafter filed a cross-complaint for declaratory relief.
