An action in eminent domain was brought by the city of Beverly Hills to condemn and acquire for municipal off-street parking certain improved commercial property referred to herein as Parcel 1, owned by defendant Kathryn Stevens Albright and leased to defendants and appellants herein, Betty B. Jensen and Walter C. Jensen. Other defendants were named in the cause in connection with parcels not here material.
