This appeal is from the interlocutory judgment in an eminent domain proceeding to appropriate to-public use certain real property and the improvements thereon situated at the northeast corner of Broadway and First Streets, Los Angeles, and owned by the appellant, The Times-Mirror Company, a corporation. It comprises the site and buildings used for the publication and distribution of the well-known daily newspaper, “The Los Angeles Times”, a site that at the time of this action had been utilized for the purpose for about forty-five years.
