Action upon a promissory note. The court directed a verdict for the plaintiff. The defendant appeals from the order denying his motion for a new trial.
The note was made by the defendant Clasen on February 7, 1913, to one Harris. Harris indorsed it in blank. It was delivered by the hold*406er, one McGray, who received it from Harris, to the plaintiff bank as collateral security to a note then owing to the bank and as collateral seeurlity for future advances.
