BOOTH, District Judge.

This discussion has arisen out of an objection made by the plaintiff to the introduction of certain testimony. That testimony, as I understand, was intended to be along the 'line of showing the existence of a defense against the instrument in suit as between the original parties thereto, and the objection was aimed at all that line of testimony.
