SILER, Circuit Judge.

Lydia Stack and Ad to Animals of Michigan, Incorporated (“Ad to Animals”) [collectively, “Stack”] appeal the district court’s grant of summary judgment to defendants. Stack brought this 42 U.S.C. § 1983 action, claiming that her rights were violated when her animal shelter was raided by the defendants. For the reasons stated hereafter, this court AFFIRMS.
