MOORE, Circuit Judge.

Defendant-Appellant Rudolph Keszthe-lyi appeals the district court’s denial of his motion to suppress evidence seized during three searches of his house, as well as the sentence imposed by the district court following his plea of guilty to distributing cocaine and engaging in a monetary transaction in criminally derived property.
