Quinn, Chief Judge:
Four rooms in Barracks 328, Bunker Hill Air Force Base, Peru, Indiana, were entered during the night by an intruder. In each instance money was stolen from an occupant. One of the victims, Airman B. L. Campbell, was awakened while the thief was still in his room; he identified him as the accused. Campbell’s report to the Air Police led to an investigation in the course of which the accused made two statements on different days.
