Kilday, Judge:

Accused fell into the toils of the law during his tour of service at Anderson Air Force Base, on Guam. Tried by a genex*al court-martial convened on that island, he pleaded not guilty to all charges and specifications. He was acquitted of one count of housebreaking in accordance with his plea.
