These three suits were dismissed by the Chancellor, and the complainant in each case appealed. The appeal in the first case went to the court of civil appeals on account of the amount involved. The court of civil appeals affirmed the decree of the Chancellor and this case is before us on certiorari. The appeals in the other two cases were taken directly to this court. The three eases have been heard together here.
