This action is based upon a fire insurance policy. The case was tried by the court without a jury. The facts are substantially as follows: The plaintiff is a corporation and as such was ‘ engaged in the mercantile business at the old town of Garrison, in McLean county, until September 1, 1905, and thereafter at *344the new town of Garrison, four miles distant therefrom. The defendant is a corporation engaged in fire insurance -business.
