Complainants, who are wholesale merchants at Cincinnati, Ohio, filed this bill in the Chancery Court of Davidson County against the defendants, who are manufacturers of cotton clothesline and rope, at Lawrenceburg, Tenn., to recover damages for the breach of two contracts. A recovery is asked against the defendant, in the first instance, for the breach of a contract to ■ deliver to complainants five thousand dozen cotton clotheslines, ■ and, in the second, for a failure to deliver three thousand reels of cotton rope.
