The plaintiff Kiona Irrigation District, a municipal corporation, acquired title to a tract of land in Benton county by foreclosure of delinquent irrigation district assessments, the property having been deeded to the district October 13, 1933. On that date, certain unpaid general taxes were liens against the land, as were also drainage district assessments, some of which were delinquent, other installments not being due until one, two and three years after the date of the deed.
