The defendant attorney, Samuel E. Dixon, Jr., appeals from the judgment rendered by the trial court finding him in violation of the Rules of Professional Conduct and imposing sanctions. This matter *509came to the trial court on a presentment by the plaintiff, the statewide grievance committee, alleging that the defendant had violated rules 1.15, 1.5 (c) and (e) of the Rules of Professional Conduct.
