This action was commenced in the city and county of San Francisco. Defendant appeared, and upon filing its demurrer made demand and moved the court that the place of trial of the action be changed from the city and county of San Francisco to the county of Kern. The motion for a change of venue was denied, and defendant takes this appeal, contending,—1.
