KIRKPATRICK, District Judge.
The plaintiff sues as administrator for damages for the death of one Joseph Ciccarello, an employee of the defendant, alleged to have been killed in the course of his employment. The case is now before the Court upon the plaintiff’s motion for the production of certain documents, under Rule 34, Rules of Civil Procedure, 28 U.S. G.A. following section 723c.
