LEIBELL, District Judge.
Clarence E. Mellen, an attorney, appearing specially, moved under Rule 30(b), Rules of Civil Procedure, 28 U.S.C.A. following section 723c, to vacate and set aside a notice for the taking of his deposition and that of the Manufacturers’ Casualty Insurance Company through him.
