Aida Barbosa brings this action against Jacob Perlow Hospice Corporation (“Jacob Perlow”) and its parent companies, Beth Israel Medical Center (“Beth Israel”) and Continuum Health Partners, Inc. (“Continuum Health”), claiming that she was subjected to a hostile work environment and discharged on the basis of race and age in violation of both federal and state law.
