These two proceedings in certiorari, Nos. S. F. 15964 and S. F. 15965, were instituted by petitioners S. H. (Samuel Henry) Cowell and I. M. (Isabella M.) Cowell, respectively, to secure the annulment of findings and award made by the Industrial Accident Commission, imposing liability upon the Henry Cowell Lime and Cement Company, a corporation, and upon petitioners, as employers on May 15, 1934, of Samuel Fimby, a laborer who was injured while working upon the ‘ ‘ Carey Ranch ’ ’ at Davis, California.
