Petitioner is here seeking an annulment of an award of the Industrial Accident Commission. Lorin Saver- cool, a minor twenty years of age, while in the petitioner’s employ, received injuries which resulted in his death. A claim was filed by his father, James Savercool, with the Industrial Accident Commission on behalf of himself, his wife and minor children, for a death benefit under the Workmen’s Compensation Act [Stats. 1917, p. 831], in which the applicant alleged himself and his family to have been partially dependent on the deceased employee for support.
