OPINION
QUIST, District Judge.
In this action, Plaintiffs, Mark G. Peters (“Peters”) and Alen Piechowski (“Piechowski”), allege that Defendants, Cars To Go, Inc. (“Cars”) and Mercury Finance Company of Michigan (“Mercury”), violated the Truth In Lending Act (“TILA”), 15 U.S.C. §§ 1601 to 1667f, in connection with Plaintiffs’ purchases of automobiles from Cars.
