Plaintiffs are consumers who have filed a class action complaint alleging that Defendant Dale Baker Oldsmobile, Inc. (“Dale Baker Olds”) failed to provide them a copy of their retail installment contracts at the time of execution, allegedly in violation of the Truth in Lending Act (“TILA”), 15 U.S.C. §§ 1601 et seq., the Michigan Consumer Protection Act (“MCPA”), Mich.
