Fleming v. Cox Law Firm
Supreme Court of Arkansas
1Opinion of the Court
Jim Hannah, Chief Justice.
Charles A. Fleming and Amy L. Fleming (Fleming) appeal a decision of the Boone County Circuit Court dismissing their complaint for slander of title against The Cox Firm and S.
