I, The appellants in this case are people who had lawsuits filed against them in an effort to recover debts allegedly owed by them to certain creditors. These underlying lawsuits were brought by the appellee, Hosto & Buchan, PLLC (“H&B”), a law firm, on behalf of various clients.
