On October 16, 2014, the Government filed a motion to dismiss Plaintiff Dan Balbach’s complaint. Mr. Balbach had filed his complaint on August 6, 2014 on behalf of his company, Treasure Valley Forest Products LLC, challenging the termination of Treasure Valley’s contract for cause on August 2, 2013 by the Department of Agriculture Forest Service.
