THIS MATTER is before the Court on Defendant Commercial Management Corp.’s (“CMC”) motion, filed July 21, 1994, for summary judgment as to Plaintiff Clayton Stokes on the grounds that his claims are barred by the statute of limitations. Also before the Court is Plaintiffs’ motion, filed September 21,1994, to transfer this action to the Northern District of Florida pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 157(b)(5) and 28 U.S.C. § 1404 and Plaintiffs’ response to Defendant’s summary judgment motion.
