Defendants’ motion for judgment on the pleadings is before the court.
On 2 August 2000, plaintiff filed a complaint against defendants alleging breach of contract, negligence, fraud and fraudulent inducement, and civil conspiracy. Defendants filed an answer and counterclaim on 30 August 2000. Plaintiff filed an answer to the counterclaim on 20 September 2000. Defendants then filed this motion for judgment on the pleadings on 27 October 2000, and plaintiffs filed a response on 20 November 2000.
