George W. Latimer, Judge:

The accused was convicted by a general court-martial on a specification alleging that he opened a package addressed to another before the package was received by the addressee, in violation of Article 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 50 USC § 728. He was sentenced to dishonorable discharge, total forfeitures, and confinement for one year. Intermediate reviewing authorities affirmed both findings and sentence, and we granted review to determine the sufficiency of the Specification to allege an offense.
