ROBERT E. Quinn, Chief Judge:

Arraigned before a general court-martial on three specifications, each alleging a separate violation of Article 86, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 50 USC § 680, the accused pleaded guilty to all specifications and to the charge. The accused was sentenced to a dishonorable discharge, total forfeitures, and confinement at hard labor for six months.
